À§¿Í °°Àº °á·ÐÀ» °í·ÁÇÒ ¶§ ³úÁ¹Áß ³ëÀÎȯÀÚ¸¦ À§ÇØ °³¹ßµÈ ½ºÆ®·Ï 縰Áö ¿îµ¿Àº ³ú°æ»ö ³ëÀεéÀÇ ½Åü±¸¼º, µ¿¸ÆÆÄ ¼Óµµ¿¡ ±àÁ¤ÀûÀÎ º¯È­¸¦ ÁÖ´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î ³ªÅ¸³ª ½ÉÇ÷°ü Áúȯ°ú º¸Çà¿¡ À¯¿ëÇÑ ¿îµ¿À¸·Î Àû¿ëÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖÀ¸¸®¶ó »ý°¢µÈ´Ù.
The purpose of this research is to analyze effects of the stroke challenge exercise on body composition, baPWV, and Gait Pattern of the elderly stroke patients and provide scientific basis for customized exercise for them. To find out effects of the stroke challenge exercise on body composition, baPWV, and Gait Pattern of the elderly stroke patients, the exercise group implemented the stroke challenge exercise program, composed of Low intensity and high repetition were applied into every exercise. Every test subject had a medical test for each body composition, baPWV, and Gait Pattern before, after the exercise, and in 12 weeks after the exercise finished, and as a result, the change for both the exercise group and the comparison group is as follows. In 12 weeks of the stroke challenge exercise, in the body composition, reduction in weight, body fat mass, skeletal muscle mass, and abdominal fat rate was found in the exercise group, while there was no meaningful change in the comparison group. Also, the exercise group showed a positive effect in paralyzed parts compared to the comparison group. In 12 weeks of the stroke challenge exercise, in the Gait Pattern, AWS and ASC showed no change but overall improved AIR scores showed positive effects with decreased COV(R,L) and increased ASL(R,L) in the exercise group. By contrast, there was no change in the Gait Pattern for the comparison group. It was concluded, based on the results, that the weight bearing exercise performed for 12 weeks in this study had positive effects on the body composition, baPWV, ABI of old patients with stroke, therefore, it is considered that this program may be one of effective strategies to improve the cardiovascular disease of such populations.
